ushering in hydrangea season

an old watercolor from several years ago. . .

i love this time of year when our house is filled with fresh hydrangeas from the yard.

this is love

Of course these people are genius; they're beautiful, they love life, AND they live in Hawaii! They made this decoration out of different tree branches.

the portfolio {revealed}

Here's a sample for you. Although this seems simple and straightforward, this portfolio was surprisingly time consuming. Now that it is all over, I can say that I enjoyed the process {especially sorting through stacks of old work under beds, in closets, etc.} and look forward to one day creating a real and much more impressive selection of my work.

Who knows what my life will look like a few years from now!

Handheld rainbow?

I love the look & idea of this.
